The Taku Glacier flowing into Taku Inlet. On the Juneau Icefield, straddling the border between Alaska and Canada. Maynard M Miller has been leading scientists and university students every summer for the last 60 Years on an intense summer reasearch program that highlights global climate change research. It is one of he longest and most intense programs of its kind in the world and is supported by the univeristy of Idaho and the Foundation for Environmental and Glacial Research. |
